Whipper Snapper Races

Join us for the Whipper Snapper Races at the Bayfront Festival Park on Duluth’s Waterfront – FREE and open to everyone!

Children will run short dashes. All participants receive a ribbon at the completion of their race.

Registration begins at noon and races start at 2:00 p.m.
Start time: The youth races will start promptly at 2:00 p.m. beginning with the youngest age group and ending with the oldest children.

Fitger’s 5K Run & Walk

Jump start spring training with Fitger’s 5K Run & Walk. The 3.1-mile race travels through Downtown Duluth on Superior Street into Canal Park and finishes back at Fitger’s. Welcome to the 2nd of 3 KP Challenge races! All net proceeds from the Fitger’s 5K benefit the Young Athletes Foundation (YAF).

Participant Swag: All participants receive a Fitger’s 5K long-sleeve,1/4 zip shirt, head wrap, and a finisher medal.

Registration is open! $35 for adults; $15 for children ages 6-14 online before Thursday, 4/19. Late registration, if available: $40 for adults; $15 for children.

Saint Fennessy 4k race

Get your green on and dash through Hermantown for this family-friendly event on St. Patrick’s Day! This 2.3 mile fun run ends in Hermantown Square at an entertainment tent! Prizes will be awarded for the most festive costumes.

Participant Swag: Participants will receive a commemorative Saint Fennessy 4K winter hat and neck/head wrap.

All net proceeds from the Saint Fennessy 4K benefit the Young Athletes Foundation (YAF). The YAF was developed by Grandma’s Marathon in 1990 to assist with the promotion and development of healthy and active lifestyles for youth throughout Carlton, Cook, Douglas, Lake and St. Louis Counties.

Superior Spooktacular

Celebrate Halloween at the annual Superior Spooktacular on Saturday, October 21, 2017. This one-day event has spooky fun activities for the whole family including the Halloween Parade and Pumpkin Patch featuring vendors, kids activities and more!

Get in the Halloween spirit with the Sterling Silver Studios Spooktacular Halloween Parade. Enjoy floats, musical performers, dancers, candy and so much more. Parade begins at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 21st. The route: Broadway down Banks Ave. to 14th.

Spooktacular Pumpkin Patch is full of fun for the whole family including vendors, music, food and plenty of games and activities for the kids. The Pumpkin Patch is open from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. and is located in the parking lot near the corner of 13th Street and Banks Avenue in Downtown Superior.
